We saw the sale signboard outside the property and left a message for VK to contact us. Within an hour, we received a call from Olga Bogdanovic, VK's sales associate and although it was a last minute notice, she accommodated us for a viewing of the property. VK's team is very cooperative and during the sales process, they allowed us to view the property a few times to measure the kitchen as we intended to renovate it. Their communication was prompt and to the point. If ever we wish to sell or purchase a property in New Zealand, VK is the only real estate agent we will trust with our requirements.
