We recently bought our house through Karen, and she was a breath of fresh air to deal with. She was friendly and approachable with us, but also worked constructively and respectfully with our buyer’s agent - something you don’t always see. Karen is incredibly genuine, helpful and professional. Even after settlement, she went out of her way to assist us with minor issues and ensured everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. As the vendor's agent, her primary responsibility is always to secure the best outcome for them. Yet Karen still manages to do this while coming across as authentic and accommodating towards the buyer.
