Highly recommend Tanya to anyone looking to buy or sell your house! Tanya helped us find our first home in NZ and honestly made the whole experience pleasant. She is an excellent communicator, going above and beyond to reply to our messages and research the different questions we had about individual houses we were looking at. She is so kind and caring, and not pushy unlike many other real estate agents. She wanted to know what we thought of each house we saw, so she could tailor our house shopping experience to our needs and wants. She listens, is patient, kind qnd understanding.
