Our first home - thanks Nicki

My partner and I met Nicki at an open home for a house going to auction. We had almost no clue what we were doing. She offered, outside of work hours, to sit at a cafe and explain the whole process to us over a cup of coffee. It was incredibly helpful. We lost that house at auction but Nicki continued to stay in contact and suggested other places we may want to view; places that fit our criteria. It wasn’t long before we walked into a home that Nicki arranged for us to view before anyone else could visit. It was perfect. She then walked us through the process for a pre-auction offer and we put an offer in. Auction day came and we landed our first property! We were over the moon! Although this process, we know now, is super stressful for anyone, Nicki sure did make it a whole lot more pleasant. It’s safe to say we may not be where we are now without her help, guidance, and support. If you’re looking for someone who cares and is more than just your average real estate agent, Nicki is the one. We are forever grateful, so thank you Nicki!
