Amazing service & support!

I would like to personally thank Charles and Dan and everyone else at Barfoots for the amazing service and support I have received during the marketing programme and subsequent sale of my home at 2/33 Swainston Road, St. Johns. The professionalism, care and enthusiasm shown by Charles and Dan were extraordinary. I am still trying to assimilate receiving two great offers in the first 48hours of listing, having 65 groups through the first open homes while negotiations were still in play and having four more parties wanting to make offers the next day, all at a time when media were painting a grim picture for vendors. Throughout the short sale process I had no doubt that Charles and Dan worked as hard as they could to achieve the best result for myself, the vendor. I believe strongly that this success was a combination of setting a very realistic price, appropriate investment in marketing, brilliant sales and marketing support from Charles and Dan and an excellent presentation of the property. My home in St. Johns was a modest, very tidy brick and tile unit with no pretensions, but you managed to maximise its benefits to achieve a wonderful result.
