Happy to be sold

We chose Mary to sell our investment property in Stonefields based on her extensive experience and reputation in the local market. Throughout the campaign Mary was committed and worked hard to achieve the right outcome for us. Looking back we did have a challenge selling with the tenant in the property. From a marketing perspective it was not ideal. If we were doing this again we would have ensured the property was vacant, had all the touch ups done, staged and looking it’s absolute best. We would also have been a lot firmer with our pricing and negotiability to get the property sold. We felt that Mary was trying to be the gate keeper on the price and this strategy did not work for us. That said we are extremely happy to be sold so we can pursue our next home purchase.
