Detailed and prompt communication

Meadowbank Barfoot and Thompson managed my rental property for over 20 years. Melissa was my last property manager as the house has now been sold. Throughout the time she managed the property for me Melissa was always thorough and detailed in her correspondence regarding issues related to the property and/or tenants. In the period prior to selling and the house was empty Melissa ensured all utilities continued and she scheduled people to carry out necessary jobs prior to the sale. I highly recommend Melissa as a property manager. As I live overseas I always felt with her as property manager the house was in safe hands.
