When renting a new property, Aria not only found us good tenants, but also resolved difficult issues arising from the property being brand new, such as problems with internet, power, and ventilation. We have rented out other properties through various agencies over time, and the level of service Aria provides is far above what is normally expected. Aria has done a great job of both looking after our tenants, and looking after our best interests.
