Informative, helpful, understood my needs and listened to MY voice. Made me feel at ease and communicated with patience, sensitivity, clear and simple language (no jargon). Kevin also provided clarity when I did not understand detail of his field of expertise and acted honorably by providing flow chart pathway on how our roles intersected e.g. seller (me) my expert / co-ordinator (him) buyer (them/they) he explained on several occasions that he acted as an intermediary between seller and buyers.
