First time selling

My sisters and I had the sad task of selling our family home and it was the first time all three of us had sold a property. Gurpreet Hayer held our hands through out the whole process. He advised us of the pros and cons for the different methods/types of selling and marketing the house. His knowledge of the area played a big part in the decision as to the best method of disposal, auction. As two of us lived overseas this was seen as the quickest and easier method. We had three weekends of Open House, also a few evening viewings for those unable to attend the O.H. All the viewings were handled by Gurpreet and after each weekend he emailed us with the number of viewers and their impressions of the house. This helped us /him to gauge how we thought the auction would go. The auction was nerve racking, but having had it explained to us earlier and then guided thru it on the night nothing was a surprise or unexpected. And we achieved a sale! His professionalism and friendliness was spot on for we three novices. He answered every question we put to him either in person, over the phone or via email.
