Selling our house

Rupi spoke to us while Ray white was trying to get this business from us so hard. She mentioned that they are making bad points of the house and pressure vendor to sell the property at the auction. But we feel same thing happen even with her for this property. We were pressures saying bad points about the house and put the lower reserve amount and at the time of the auction as well there were huge pressure to put the expected price down, we still think we could have get another 20k for this sale. Year before last we had 625K unconditional offer before negotiation and we could have get 650 easily. And She mentioned property sale value 650-705 in agreement we signed and sold price was no way near there. Overall her communication and support all good, She is nice person to deal with but this sale did meet our expectation. As we had to sell this time as property was in the market 2 times close to each other, we said price is ok.
