Thank God. Yesterday we got unconditional!

I highly recommend Sanjay if you want to avoid stress as a young family of 4 wanting to be in the property ladder! I am really happy that our bank manager from ANZ were able to connect us to Sanjay. We just had almost a full day with him showing us the property we like and though my husband and I were a bit fussy client since its our first home purchase, Sanjay did a good job in providing his insight and whatever information he has on hand in a prompt manner! That made the process less overwhelming for us. He helped us to narrow down our search since he has been in the industry for a long time. He is very responsive and reliable especially during the time we are in the process of going unconditional. There are lot of things that are new to us.
