Buying a house was a nightmare for me . I had an approved loan in my hand but don’t know from where to start . Luckily I met with kamal Luthra sir . Right from the first meetings I come to know that that’s the person who understands my needs and capable to fit my all dreams into my budget . He really worked hard for my home . We viewed so many open homes but before me he was sure if I need that or not and what’s missing there in particular home . Finally he finds 7 waimaa lane and surprised me like I was even not sure that I could own a brand new build home right in my budget . Before that I was assuming to buy some second hand home but he build up my confidence and let me achieve what I never thought .
