Meeting Mel has been the best thing about this house buying process. My wife and I felt like we learnt so much on this journey and Mel was incredible in helping us understand every little detail. Her responses were very prompt and no matter time of the day (or night even) she was readily available without hesitation. There were moments where we had given up, but Mel didn’t disappear, in fact she gave us hope by sending us new listings as they came which met our criteria and was super determined in getting us house viewings whenever it suited us. Her professionalism and honest communication is what captured us from the beginning. I cannot thank Mel enough for the hard work she’s put into helping us on this journey.
