Traumatic for me, but you got it done it done

To be honest , it was a very hard time for me as I never really wanted to sell and have had a very difficult year personally, but you were a pleasure to deal with, you made things easier for me because of your pleasant, calm approach and personality, I never felt any anxiety around you and felt I could contact you at any time, day or night. It was testing at times for me , but you kept me in check and smoothed out the waters when needed. I needed someone calm like you to get me through the process, and I'm happy it was you.
