Simon listened, cared and we felt heard

Simon recognized that selling our house was a huge decision for us., We had built the house and been in it for 21years. We were attached. :) However, due to illness we needed to downsize. Simon was realistic with hoe the current market was. He helped guide us with selling options. He continually kept us informed and, in the end, when the house did sell, we felt we received a very good outcome. (For both us and the purchases)
