Excellent to work with from start to finish

We really enjoyed working with Simon on the purchase of our home in Kerikeri. Although Simon was representing the vendor, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and was extremely helpful throughout the process. His local knowledge was especially valuable to us as newcomers to the area, and he helped us get a much better feel for Kerikeri and the surrounding area as we considered different homes. Simon was always responsive, friendly and professional, and made the whole process straightforward. As we were overseas for some of the transaction, we had to manage a lot remotely. Simon went out of his way to keep things moving, liaising with the vendor and coordinating with everyone involved through to settlement. His communication was excellent and nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. We very much appreciated his help and practical approach, and would happily recommend Simon to anyone buying or selling property in the Kerikeri area.
