Chitra - the Real Estate who goes above and beyond
My real Estate agent, Chitra Bansal,is absolutely the best. After dealing with a few unsavory agents, she was like a breath of fresh air. After accidently bumping into her at an open home, I think she saw how despaired I was with the whole game. I still remember her confident reply to me when I told her I have been looking for a home for the last 5 months "Give me a chance and I will find a home for you to fall in love with". Two and a half months later she did exactly that and more.She found me a gorgeous home at such a reasonable price that even I was absolutely gobsmacked. There were times when she would call me at midnight because she would be sitting with the vendor, haggling with him on my behalf. Chitra was quick to respond, always reachable, trustworthy and genuinely ready to help with every step of the process. Her professionalism and knowledge made the journey smooth and stress free. There were times I thought she was absolutely crazy with some of the wild promises but she delivered on every single one of them. She would chase up my lawyers with where they were with my paperwork and worked with my broker to make sure that they would get all their paperwork way ahead of time in anticipation of my submission requests. Even my mortgage broker told me she had never dealt with anyone like her. In those two and a half months we saw so much of her that it felt like she became a part of our little family.She comes with a bright smile everytime and leaves us convinced that we will be moving into a palace. She was so helpful even after we found our home, she had contacts for everything, from the extra carpet layer, to the blinds and even for the deck that dad wanted in the backyard. Even if I tried I cannot find the right words to thank Chitra, for all she has done for us. I will be recommending you wholeheartedly to all my family, friends and work colleagues. Thank you from the depths of our heart, we are grateful to have met you.
