Excellent salesperson with profound market knowledge

I am glad that I have selected Michelle Wang to market my property. During the marketing period, Michelle has demonstrated professionalism in identifying potential buyers and worked with these buyers to reach a sale of the property. She was also skillful in price negotiation with the buyers. I don't live in Auckland. There were many preparatory tasks that I couldn't mange them myself. The biggest concern for me was how to organise a touch up and renovation of the house prior to putting it on the market. Michelle has been a great help in this regard. She painstakingly updated me on the progress of each task and ensured that everything was satisfactory done before the marketing campaign.
