Calm, professional and knowledgeable

Ben helped us sell our character home in Glen Eden. We were relatively inexperienced in property transactions and Ben guided us every step of the way with calmness through his experience in selling these types of houses. That meant when there were minor challenges for us, he was able to reassure us that that was normal, and what the right way to solve the issues way. He could draw on a network of contacts to get us the assistance we needed. Ben was an excellent communicator, always coming back to us quickly and when needed making the effort to drive and see us for face-to-face chats. On auction day, Ben did a great job going between us and the potential buyers, to help find a price that both parties were satisfied with. While it was a nervous experience for us, Ben's professional attitude helped make it a success. He then didn't just leave us to it, but guided us through to settlement day as well.
