Confidence amidst uncertainty

Wendy gave us the confidence we needed during lockdown. Before we put our property on the market, Wendy gave great advice from the very first discussion re: wanting to sell! We were live in the market 1-1/2 weeks when lockdown happened! The timing and uncertainty of everything made us question our decision to sell. Wendy kept in with constant contact with us, keeping us updated about every movement happening involving our property. She would call to see how we were going, every time instilling confidence in our decision. As soon as open homes were allowed, Wendy was ready with clients booked for viewings for the next 14 days. At the end of the two weeks we sold. In the 8-9 week period while the house was on the market, we had the level 4 lockdown; level 3 with its strict limitations; not to mention the week before lockdown where the nation was panic buying, stocking up the cupboards with toilet paper and flour! Wendy stayed commitment to us and to the selling of our property! It was great having Wendy in our corner! We felt confident through the whole sales process.
