Overall I was impressed by Wendy's attitude towards me and the sale of the unit. Always prepared 'to go the extra mile' to help when asked, she listened to what I had to say and was respectful of my wishes and feelings. Wendy made the whole process seem easy with her knowledge and background. She talked me through every step, particularly through the auction, so I felt confident in each situation and supported. Wendy created a strong rapport and was always approachable, still being professional. Her advice on marketing and suggestions generally were welcome and realistic.
