Highly Recommended, Very Experienced, Professional and Caring Agent

I have known Dutch van Guens since about five years ago when we were initially considering selling our house in Glenfield and he did an appraisal for us. So last year when I decided at last to sell I was always going to get him and Barfoot and Thompson involved. Over a long few months while the house was prepared for sale Dutch was very attentive to the needs of a really elderly lady in selling it and was a great support in helping arrange the open homes for that lead to a successful sale. He visited many times to report progress and I found he had a very pleasant manner and was kind and caring.
