Randy is an expert in his field, as a first home buyers, my Husband and I don't have the knowledge on the process of buying a house, he always take time to explain each steps clearly and answer all our questions. We were out of the country during the time we are completing the documents, with the time difference, he still was always responsive and it felt like he had our best interest at heart.
