Above and Beyond

Right from the start, I appreciated Karen’s enthusiasm and quick responses with all the details I needed. She had some great insights about how to present my house in the best light and the set dressing she helped arrange looked amazing. I was out of Auckland during the sale process and she always kept me up-to-date with what was happening. Then when we had some surprises from the Council, she went above and beyond helping me to sort the issues out. I definitely got lucky having Karen as my agent!
