Above and beyond!

Lars was a legend from the start. We had no idea how the whole process worked, as we were first home buyers, but Lars guided us and kept us updated throughout. Any questions we had were met with swift responses and despite him working for the vendor, it kind of felt like he was working for us too. We had an issue arise with a defective title after our offer first got accepted and had to pull withdraw our offer but as remedial works were carried out, Lars kept us updated throughout and guided us through the process of resubmitting our offer He understood our love for the house and location and I believe that if it wasn't for his excellent communication, extensive knowledge of the whole process and his passion for the job, we would not have ended up buying this property. We will always remember Lars fondly as the friendly, helpful agent that got us into our first home.
