Our experience with Deepak was really good. As first home buyers we found the process daunting at times and stressful when relying on external parties to complete steps along the way. Deepak was very accommodating with attending to the property for the building inspection, meeting us for the pre-settlement inspection at a time convenient to us, and multiple visits to the property to confirm that the seller had removed all of the rubbish on time. Deepak kept us updated every step of the way and we were super happy when we got the phone call to pick up the keys early afternoon on a Friday. We also received a lovely gift from Deepak which made the celebrations all the more special. Thank you again Deepak.
