Hardworking, Professional and unbelievably helpful

We had been looking at purchasing our home for about 6 months, having very little luck. We'd asked a few agents for help but most cut contact after only a few suggestions, if they got back to us at all. We met Rachel at one of her open homes, and she stuck with us over the next year until we found our house. She attended open home after open home with us. When we needed information on a property, she did the digging and got back to us quickly. Even with our offers being declined again and again, she helped us stay positive until we found our one. On the day of the auction, she attended for us, giving us the feel of the room and who we were up against. She talked us through the process so we knew what we were doing and did all the bidding. Her determination, bright personality and 'go get em' attitude was the reason we managed to get this home and if I had to do it all again, I would use Rachel in a heartbeat. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home. I can say for certain that the only reason we managed to find and purchase our first home was because of her.
