She was very pro-active and prompt in arranging for the tradesmen, keeping track of the schedule, and providing progress updates. The property viewings were also well planned and organized. More importantly, her feedback and advice from the screening of the prospective tenants was very insightful and helpful in the selection. Overall, it didn’t take long to get the property compliant, ready and rented out. Highly recommended!
