B&T Browns Bay have managed my property since 2016 with the current property manager in place since early 2023. As an overseas landlord I rely on the B&T team to take care of the property and tenants, which they do professionally and courteously. Any issues are raised and dealt with quickly, my tenants are happy, and I can rest easy that everything is as it should be. I 100% recommend the team at B&T Browns Bay and Ingrid Potgieter in particular.
