Ian spent the time to get to know us and understand our goals. We live a couple of hours from our chosen location, so it made a huge difference to know that each visit would be productive and help shape our plans. We were initially looking to buy a house but, in the end, we took the leap into buying land and will now build our dream home. We wouldn't have done this without Ian finding us the perfect block of land and helping us secure this prior to tender. Ian is a great communicator and wants the best for his clients - finding the right match is very important - he's not just trying to make a sale. His team are lovely too - always helpful and supportive. It's been a delightful experience, and we are very grateful for Ian's authenticity, guidance and expertise.
