We were recommended to Julie and Sarah by a friend and are so happy we went with his advice. We are living in Australia and were dealing with a recent bereavement in NZ as well as being the executors of the estate. We never met face to face, but the regular phone conferences and their sound knowledge of the Auckland market (of which we had little first hand knowledge anymore) and the logistics of dealing with the Sale from overseas made the process smooth and efficient.
