Passionate real estate agent who listens and knows the market - highly recommended
We first met Ram when he did an appraisal for us while working for one of the big companies a few years ago. He was energetic, personable and had done an awesome job selling a neighbour’s home, but we decided it wasn’t the right time for us to move on from a home we loved. Fast-forward to finding the right place for our next step, we got Ram to give us a new appraisal, and considered this alongside a couple of other appraisals from other Halswell agents. He still has the same passion, energy and drive, and is still such a nice guy. We decided to go with his as our agent as his digital marketing know-how and ability to discern where our property sat in the Halswell market at that time far out-did the other agents. He might not work for a big company but he delivered for us in every way, including professionalism and affordability of his fees.
