Purchase in Waiuku

Paula was great to deal with, liaising between us and the vendor. Paula was quick to come back with answers to our queries. She even took us over and introduced us to the neighbours when the house settled.

Smart real estate with a sense of humour

So this is always going to be a bit stressy for the owner selling the house, and I’m in that boat too - but Paula made it very very smooth and gave me many many reports, and answered my many dumb questions with a smile, put up with my stressy crap, and was positive throughout. In saying that, Paula is a genuine person, and doesn’t look like she’s auditioning for a show (yep seen a few of them too !) . For me it’s what I need to get to the ‘Sold’ sticker on my sign ;) I easily recommend Paula Ihaka - she’s great ! FYI - even a previous seller drove past as we were putting the sticker on my place , and it was all genuine smiles and how are you’s - you can’t really fake that.
