One very credible young man

We were purchasers of a home Ben was acting for the Vendor - I can honestly say that from the very first meeting we felt like WE were the clients. He took time with us oldies, we sat down and were very relaxed and very much informed about the property. He ensured his vendor was well informed and we were too. His offsider Lorraine was there when Ben wasn't and we thank her too. Every step of our journey as purchasers was made so much easier because of Ben's total commitment to being friendly, professional, looking out for us all. We would not hesitate to sing his praises and we are. we at the unconditional stage however, I am sure that once we are firmly ensconced in our home in February 2025 we will be equally as happy with our decision to purchase.
