Having experienced both myself, Pete worked with me for through the sale of a property in difficult circumstances, he showed compassion, patience and dedication to getting the job done where others had failed. Because of this a year or so later when I saw he was agent for a property I had seen advertised I knew it was worth looking into more, I could trust his word and ability to make it a smooth process for all.
