His communication was excellent, he was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. What really stood out to me was that Manu thought of me as soon as this house came up for sale, before it had even hit the market. That kind of thoughtfulness and personal attention really says a lot about him. It never felt like I was just another client; he genuinely took the time to think about what would be right for me.
