Excellent Communicator who goes above and beyond

Following the loss of our mother we had her house to sell. Following some dealings with another agent who moved offshore, Chris quickly stepped in to provide us with his support and expertise in selling mum's house. He was a great communicator throughout the process, keeping us well informed of how the market and potential vendors were responding and providing us with regular feedback. He went above and beyond, mowing the lawns and collecting the mail, etc. (as both myself and siblings all lived out of town). It was unfortunate that the final sale price did not reflect our expectations however this was a result of the market at the time.
