Eben and Michael were awesome to deal with the whole way through. Very professional and great communication. They worked hard to get us the best result possible and they truly delivered on that. We will be back in contact with them should we ever need to sell again in the area. The production value of the Arizto property video for me was far better than i had expected and really made our house stand out. The weekly updates are great also to gauge how interest is going. Eben really positioned us well to get a multi offer, with one of those offers being successful. We probably weren't the easiest vendor to deal with as we have a young toddler that makes getting ready for open homes hard, but they were very patient and gave plenty of notice.
