Kate was very professional and realistic of the market and we had frequent discussions about marketing style. Kate and Warwick worked together to sell my house they kept my spirits up along the way. Kate reiterated frequently that they had a great belief in my property and the right vendor would come in time. When my house was eventually under an acceptable offer Kate came to my house to assist me in accepting offer as I was due to leave the country on holiday. While I was away Kate liaised with my family with any issues and only contacted me when absolutely necessary to confirm unconditional offer. Very competitive fees.
