Very responsive to emails/texts and calls. Shared her personal knowledge and experience to help me make a decision on how to best list and advertise my property. Was very willing to listen and add what i wanted into the description enhancing both our outcomes! Dulcie was confident in the price we both agreed on getting for the sale and delieverd us near exactly what we were after!
