We made a quick decision to look into property in Ashburton, one of which was managed through Dulcie Ellis. Having travelled into the region, we were unsure if this was a market we'd even wish to consider. We found Dulcie very patient and professional in our dealings with her. She was very happy to change her plans to allow us to re-enter the property for a second visit on the day and never at anytime did we feel rushed to leave the property. Dulcie put together very quickly offer documents which we found easy to transact. We'd have no concerns with using Dulcie at any other time in the future.
