Exceptionally hard-working and refreshingly honest

I approached Kate cold after researching the market and was initially impressed by her reviews and transparent pricing structure. You only get to sell a house once, so I wanted to be sure she would meet our expectations before hiring her. I decided to 'mystery shop' one of her listings—a property that looked like hard work in a flat market. Despite it being listed for over a month, she was still running the open homes herself and pitching it with enthusiasm. I was sold. Kate is unusual (in a good way). While many agents will abide unrealistic vendor expectations just to secure a listing—only to wear you down later—Kate tells it straight. If you aren't aligned, she won't take the listing. I loved her honesty and valued that we were on the same page from day one. Kate worked tirelessly to sell my late mother's house, navigating various twists and turns along the way. Frankly, she outperformed every other professional we engaged during the process (if only lawyers were half as efficient and responsive as Kate!). Seeing the hours she puts in was eye-opening.
