I met Kirstyn after having my home appraised by a different agency in the area. From the first meeting with her (which she made work at very short notice), she was a pleasure to deal with - taking time to get to know us and our home in a way which I hadn't experienced elsewhere. This continued throughout the sale process, where she remained friendly and positive, while explaining everything to us clearly and keeping us in the loop with open homes and offers. She gave expert advice when requested and always worked exceptionally hard to ensure our house was well marketed, and open for viewings whenever potential buyers wanted. One example of her going above and beyond was when she personally picked up a potential buyer flying from out of town and took them to view the property. This stood out to me as I would not at all have expected for an agent to go as far out of their way to try and secure a sale. Overall, Kirstyn has been a fantastic and helpful agent, and has made the sale process smooth and enjoyable, even in a tough seller's market. Would reccommend Kirstyn to anyone in the area looking to sell their house with a friendly, well-informed agent!
