I had a really positive experience working with Casey. She was very attentive to texts and kept me well informed throughout the entire process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. One of the biggest highlights was being able to view the property with the vendor. This turned out to be a golden opportunity, as I got to see photos of the home and learn about its renovation history. That insight gave me a lot more confidence and put me in a great position when making my decision to purchase. Although I wasn’t able to negotiate the price down, Casey remained diplomatic, professional, and supportive the whole way through.
