Vance has a great understanding of the local market, and how to position your property for a sale. He is professional in how approaches his work, and is more than willing to go the extra mile to help sellers complete a sale. He has great communication skills, is relaxed and easy going, yet focused on ensuring the best outcome with all parties in mind - completing a sale/purchase. As a seller I was impressed that he was able to meet tradespeople, and handle many of the little things that can be more challenging as an out-of-area seller.
