Kate and her Team were great to work with, especially dealing with challenging weather for Openhomes

Kate and her Team were very professional and friendly. We needed to have help as we had never sold a house in New Zealand before. Kate and Ange explained things simply and visited our home, as we are not very Computer savey, as many forms and information had to be arranged remotely. They kept us fully involved thru the whole process, organizing local trades people to look after the lawns as we did not live near by to the house being sold. Dealing with negotiations and keeping a check on the local market when setting the price. We will definitely use Kate and her Team for any future house buying or selling.
