Kirsten was very helpful in the purchase of our property, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. She was only a phone call away if I had any queries, and equally checked in regularly by phone throughout the whole process. She provided a list of local contractors for our due diligence checks, and once chosen, liaised with them very promptly for their various appointments at the property. Throughout all stages of the purchase, she was very attentive - never missing a beat! Kirsten was also very supportive on our arrival to our new home. A big disappointment was that although we were told that the house had been professionally cleaned, it was not clean at all. The rangehood in particular, had not even been touched, and was full of grease. After mentioning this to Kirsten, and sending photos, she agreed that the job was not up to professional standard. After unsuccessfully trying to track down the company through the rental agency, she organised a cleaner to clean the rangehood, at her own expense. That is a great example of how Kirsten is willing to go the extra mile for her clients! To sum up, I can say that Kirsten has made the stressful process of moving house as smooth as possible, with her professional and helpful advice, and friendly and approachable manner.
