Best Agent Ever!

Tim Alexander was amazing to deal with. Although he was acting on behalf of the vendors, he was there for us as the purchasers 100% all the way from our first viewing of the property right up till even when we had moved into our new home!!! We had people telling us "agents aren't your friends" "they act for the vendors" "be careful you can't trust them"...well Tim was the opposite to these comments! Yes, he was working on behalf of the vendors but he was behind us every step of the way and yes, we could trust him and yes, it felt comfortable talking with him like he was a friend and yes, he was extremely helpful, extremely patient and extremely trusting and honest and we would highly recommend him as best agent ever not only if you're selling but if you're lucky enough to come across Tim if you're the purchaser well, your journey is going to be made alot easier having Tim there. We are incredibly grateful for Tim's expertise and patience and kind nature with the whole process from start to finish and couldn't be happier with our new home. And moving from Silverstream to Levin was huge in itself but with Tim's guidance and knowledge of Levin has made this move for us so much easier than we thought! Thank you so much Tim for everything! We will be forever grateful!!! Loving our villa, the Grand Old Lady she is, the location and our new life living here in Levin!!!
