We were intrigued by taking a new approach to selling our home. High commission rates of mainstream real estate companies are a turnoff and in a hot market the large agencies seem to get lazy and entitled. We liked the Arizto model and immediately connected with Rochelle's approach. Rochelle was excited and passionate about selling our home and oversaw excellent imagery and marketing of it. Rochelle keep us informed and we liked particularly the Arizto vendor dashboard where we could log in and see the feedback of buyers and Rochelle's progress with them. The sale and purchase process was easy to complete on line and Rochelle work really hard for us this process and we achieved the price we wanted within our timeframe. Awesome
